EPIPHANY'S AND THOUGHTS FROM PLAY TIME

1. If you order a California roll you're not eating sushi, period.

2. A true sushi lover does not eat grocery store sushi.

3. Sushi is to be enjoyed at a restaurant, not delivered to your home.

4. When partaking in sushi we disperse portions evenly.

5. Sushi must be called by it's given name ie. Japanese.

6. If you order from the veggie roll menu you're not eating sushi.

7. Be a gentleman or a lady while eating sushi, a true Sushi Nomad has class.

8. If you see us in a restaurant don't buy us a drink buy us a roll or nigiri.

9. You can not leave a restaurant 3/4ths or 1/2 full, that's not the way of a Sushi Nomad.

10. If you see someone of non-asian decent preparing your sushi, leave!

11. If you ask an acquaintance if they like sushi and they say no, but they've never eaten it; cease with the conversation and walk away.

12. The stuff at a chinese buffet is not sushi; by the way, if you have to get out of your seat and stand in line to pick out your sushi "cafeteria style", you're not eating sushi.

13. When your server recommends you a roll, it's your obligation as a Sushi Nomad to order and try it.

14. If a roll comes with sauce, don't ask for no sauce. Sauce is a key ingredient in American sushi.

15. Always tip your chef.
